By accessing or using Clono ("the Service") at tryclono.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clono provides a tool layer that connects your integrated services (email, calendar, task management, file storage, etc.) to agents and software clients through hosted skillpacks and authenticated APIs. You connect tools once; compatible clients can use them through a single system.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Violate the terms of any third-party services you connect (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Trello)
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our permission

We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have violated these terms.

5. Your Data and Integrations

You retain ownership of your data. By connecting third-party services, you authorize Clono to access and use that data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those services and for compliance with their terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modify features with reasonable notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime or data loss due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Pricing and Beta

Clono may be offered free during beta. We may introduce paid plans or change pricing with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your requirements. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clono and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, nonpayment, or at our discretion with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice.
